Reform won the most seats at 40, doing particullarly well in South Norfolk , a former Tory stronghold. However, this left them just 3 seats shy of a majority in the county council mostly due to the efforts of Restore UK and the Liberal Democrats. In North Norfolk there where 10 competitive council seats up for election, with the Liberal Democrats winning 7 of them while Restore UK won all 9 seats in the Great Yarmouth region.
