Warm Springs is a census-designated place in Riverside County, California. Warm Springs sits at an elevation of 1365 ft. The 2020 United States census reported Warm Springs' population was 1,586.

Warm Springs first appeared as a census designated place in the 2010 U.S. census.
The 2020 United States census reported that Warm Springs had a population of 1,586. The population density was 1,121.6 PD/sqmi. The racial makeup was 674 (42.5%) White, 18 (1.1%) African American, 29 (1.8%) Native American, 34 (2.1%) Asian, 1 (0.1%) Pacific Islander, 524 (33.0%) from other races, and 306 (19.3%) from two or more races. Hispanic or Latino of any race were 923 persons (58.2%).
The whole population lived in households. There were 448 households, out of which 170 (37.9%) had children under the age of 18 living in them, 214 (47.8%) were married-couple households, 34 (7.6%) were cohabiting couple households, 102 (22.8%) had a female householder with no partner present, and 98 (21.9%) had a male householder with no partner present. 65 households (14.5%) were one person, and 26 (5.8%) were one person aged 65 or older. The average household size was 3.54.
The age distribution was 369 people (23.3%) under the age of 18, 148 people (9.3%) aged 18 to 24, 457 people (28.8%) aged 25 to 44, 385 people (24.3%) aged 45 to 64, and 227 people (14.3%) who were 65years of age or older. The median age was 35.9years. For every 100 females, there were 108.7 males.
There were 480 housing units at an average density of 339.5 /mi2, of which 448 (93.3%) were occupied. Of these, 283 (63.2%) were owner-occupied, and 165 (36.8%) were occupied by renters.
