It is located within Lower Silesian Voivodeship covering area of Wałbrzych (city county) and land counties of Dzierżoniów, Kłodzko, Świdnica, Wałbrzych and Ząbkowice Śląskie. Constituency Electoral Commission's seat is the city of Wałbrzych.
