In 2009, Levieva made an appearance in the NBC drama Kings (in the episode "First Night"), starred in the play The Retributionists, and made her Broadway debut in Impressionism. She also starred in the HBO comedy-drama series How to Make it in America.

Levieva's television appearances include her series regular roles in ABC drama series Revenge (2011–2015) and in HBO series The Deuce (2016–2019). In The Deuce, Levieva played Abby Parker, an adventurous college student.

In 2024, she appeared in the Star Wars series The Acolyte as Mother Koril. In 2025, she starred in the Marvel Cinematic Universe series Daredevil: Born Again as Heather Glenn, the love interest of Matt Murdock/Daredevil.

Personal life

Levieva and Sebastian Stan were romantically linked in July 2014. The two had been friends prior to their rumored relationship, with reports indicating a mutual appreciation for art. They were seen together in public, including attending events in New York City, fueling speculation about their romance. However, by 2016, Levieva was seen with actor Joshua Jackson, leading to speculation that she and Stan had parted ways.

The actress announced that she was expecting a baby on Mother's Day in 2022. She revealed her baby is a boy on the next Mother's Day in 2023.
