At the 2020 United States Census, the East Pleasant View CDP had an area of 0.287 km2, all land.

Demographics

There were 141 households, out of which 29.8% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 51.8% were married couples living together, 13.5% had a female householder with no husband present, and 29.8% were non-families. 22.0% of all households were made up of individuals, and 7.8% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older. The average household size was 2.52 and the average family size was 2.90.

In the CDP, the population was spread out, with 24.9% under the age of 18, 9.8% from 18 to 24, 31.7% from 25 to 44, 22.2% from 45 to 64, and 11.4% who were 65 years of age or older. The median age was 37 years. For every 100 females, there were 100.5 males. For every 100 females age 18 and over, there were 114.7 males.

The median income for a household in the CDP was $53,015, and the median income for a family was $59,167. Males had a median income of $53,472 versus $30,795 for females. The per capita income for the CDP was $29,317. None of the families and 9.2% of the population were living below the poverty line, including no under eighteens and none of those over 64.
