The Bijnor district is bordered by the districts of Meerut, Muzzafarnagar, Moradabad, Jyotibaphule Nagar of Uttar Pradesh & Haridwar, Pauri Garhwal, Udham Singh Nagar and Nainital of Uttarakhand. River Ganga flows at a distance of 20 km from Chandpur.
