The 2023–24 Thai League 3 Cup is the 1st season of a Thailand's knockout football competition. Matches in all rounds are single-legged, except for the semi-finals, which have been two-legged since the competition began. The semi-finals were the exception to this when the away goals rule and penalties were introduced.
