Medal table (unofficial)

Participation (unofficial)

Detailed result lists can be found on the games' website and on the World Junior Athletics History website. An unofficial count yields the number of about 453 athletes (238 junior (under-20) and 215 youth (under-17)) from about 27 countries. The lists contain the names of 12 athletes assigned to the Netherlands Antilles. Rather, after its dissolution in October 2010, teams from two successor states were participating: nine athletes from Curaçao, and three from Sint Maarten. |url-status=dead
