The 1995 European Baseball Championship was won by the Netherlands. It was held in the Haarlem, the Netherlands. The tournament expanded from eight teams in the 1993 tournament to 10 teams. Few of the preliminary games were competitive, with the closest winning margin being a 3 runs and the winning team scoring at least 11 runs in 15 of the 20 games. Italy was the only team that kept the Dutch under 10 runs, beating the Netherlands twice, once in the round-robin playoff and again in the first game of the three-game championship series, before losing the final two games of the tournament.
