NOTOC Gmina Szreńsk is a rural gmina (administrative district) in Mława County, Masovian Voivodeship, in east-central Poland. Its seat is the village of Szreńsk, approximately 21 km south-west of Mława and 107 km north-west of Warsaw.

The gmina covers an area of 109.66 km2, and as of 2006 its total population is 4,537 (4,366 in 2013).
