The 2023 FIBA U18 European Championship Division C was the 19th edition of the Division C of the FIBA U18 European Championship, the third tier of the European under-18 basketball championship. It was played from 29 July to 6 August 2023 in Baku, Azerbaijan. Cyprus men's national under-18 basketball team won the tournament.
