Maria Timofeeva defeated Kateryna Baindl in the final, 6–3, 3–6, 6–0 to win the singles tennis title at the 2023 Budapest Grand Prix. Timofeeva won the title both as a lucky loser and in her first main-draw appearance on the WTA Tour.
